RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your ÒMÓGÉ piece. If for any reason your order is not quite right, we are happy to assist with eligible exchanges or store credit requests.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and free from stains, perfume, or alterations. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for size changes, colour changes, or eligible product replacements. Exchanges are only available for items purchased in standard length; custom lengths or altered pieces are not eligible.


PRE ORDER PIECES

As many ÒMÓGÉ pieces are produced in limited quantities, pre-order items are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for an exchange or store credit.


SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS

All sale, discounted, or promotional items are Final Sale. Custom orders, made-to-measure pieces, and altered garments are also final and not eligible for return or exchange.


SHIPPING & DAMAGED ORDERS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and supporting images.
